Do you support imperialism for your country?

Yes, I do support imperialism because there are many good benefits coming from it. It helps improve the colony, the country that we are imperializing and also the people living in it. Our country would have colonies that are able to give us more land for more and better resources than what we already have now. The more land that we have, the more people we need to put at work for business. The population will start to gradually grow which means a larger work force often times for lower wages. This offers more job opportunities for those who are struggling without a job. Also, this can lead to gaining more successful businesses that we have as a whole. Since we have a lot of land, it gives us an easier access to goods because instead of trading and wasting more money by buying it elsewhere, it’s way cheaper to get it at home.

Should countries pursue policies of imperialism, or empire expansion?

I believe that countries should pursue empire expansion , But in a different sense. We become a partnership  instead of taking their resources for our own needs . We should trade them our goods in exchange for theirs so we can both make a substantial amount of money doesn't that sound lovely? I thought it would , I'm  a anti imperialist myself but I love taking over but I love sharing the power equally even better. In a sense though if a weak country needs help a bigger country shouldn't take them over expand their territory because they know they have the upper advantage they should help them so we all can be on equal terms in my opinion.

Jacob Riis

In the picture I see it is a bunk house and you can sleep there for only 7 cents. I'm going to be honest people this is no Hampton hotel it's really small and crowded dirty. There are no real beds there it's like they tied  bed sheets to two wooden pieces and said here you go. This place looks so dirty from the picture i mean what could you expect for 7 cents? The best part is your not sleeping alone! strangers sleep across from you and more people sleep on top of you doesn't that feel comfy?.  I would not be able to live like this ,those people lived a harsh reality . This is how they had to live i guess in the time period.

Rags To Riches

I was once asked Do I think an individual today can rise an individual rise from "rags to riches" like Andrew Carnegie?
In my opinion I believe that someone can rise from rags to riches. You just need that right opportunity and another shot at life. It's possible to do this you need a great idea and it had to be something that will sell really good. If you can come up with an idea for a new laptop operating system that will be better than Mac and Windows and  it is possible.

Don't get me wrong this is not easy. You have to work your ass off to get where you want to successful . There should always be chances to get your ideas across to show people your product. The Technology business is growing everyday.

All you have to do is aim high and shoot for the stars(so cheesy) but you will become successful.

China's factories today Vs the Carnegie's factories of the past

In China Factories today workers work as much as 60 hours a week. Working conditions were very terrible over there. In just three tiny apartments they have about 20 people each. What they feed them is horrible tea and a biscuit is that enough for you? i didn't think so.
 really hot i doubt

Don't get me wrong the Carnegie's factory wasn't a bowl of sunshine either. They Were basically the same he worked his employees to the death. Safety was not a concern to them they wore two layers of thermals if your cold that'll work. Your around fire we all know how fire feels it's hot and your super tired on top of that.

These workers work hard to the core but for what? if they were getting treated so bad. They
hours were horrible so was their pay. Times were and still is hard but sometimes people work there way up to the top to become something great.

Hard working. Long day. Future America.

The First Amendment

In my opinion I believe that the first have one at amendment is the most important one in the bill of rights because you can express freedom of speech, religion, and protects the rights of the assembly. For instance if we didn't have freedom of speech who would we be?  we would have no say of how we wanna live our life or have an opinion.
Freedom of religion supports an individual to practice any religion they want. this also includes a person to change there religion, or to discontinue membership and dedication to a religion or religious group this is called apostasy , know one will live here if they can't have the freedom to to practice their beliefs.
Freedom of assembly which means a group of people can come together and protest peacefully . I really like this
one because protesting peacefully has successfully worked and stopped a lot of things.
